Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

In short: you remain the owner of your accounts and your content, and we act in them only on your command and within the access you have granted. You are responsible for what you publish; we are responsible for keeping the Service running and not doing anything behind your back.

1. About this document

This document describes the terms on which you use the Kutto service — the kutto.app website, the mobile app, the Telegram app, and programmatic access (API and MCP). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The processing of personal data is described separately, in the Privacy Policy, and forms part of these terms.

2. What the Service does

Kutto helps you prepare and release content. It includes, in particular:

  • preparing posts, drafts, approval, and publication schedules;
  • publishing to connected YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram accounts;
  • working with video: clipping long videos, editing, subtitles, voiceover, covers;
  • AI-based tools: texts, images, speech recognition, video analysis;
  • analytics of your accounts and posts, monitoring of public profiles;
  • teamwork: organization, members, roles, and permissions.

The set of features changes: some appear, and some we rework or remove. Material changes are not introduced retroactively — see section 14.

3. Your account and access to it

  • The account is created for you; the details you give at registration must be accurate, otherwise we will be unable either to verify your identity when you contact us or to restore your access.
  • You are responsible for keeping your access secure: your password, email, phone, and linked sign-in methods. Everything done from your account is considered done by you.
  • If you notice someone else signing in, tell us, revoke sessions in the security settings, and change your sign-in method.
  • You may use the Service if, under the laws of your country, you are entitled to enter into such agreements on your own.

4. Organization and members

Work is carried out within an organization: members are invited to it, and each is given a role and permissions. The organization’s owner manages its contents, connected accounts, and balance, and is responsible for the actions of the members they invite. By inviting a person, you give them access to materials and connected accounts to the extent of their role — keep that in mind before, not after.

5. Connected platforms

By connecting an account, you instruct the Service to act in it on your behalf. We do this only on your commands and only within the access granted: we publish what you prepared and read the statistics you asked to be shown. The Service does not follow anyone, does not comment, and does not publish anything you did not create.

  • The platform’s rules continue to apply. Its limits, moderation, and blocks apply to posts made through Kutto, and we cannot bypass them.
  • You can revoke access at any time — in the Service’s settings or on the platform’s side. After revocation, publishing and statistics collection for that account stop.
  • A platform may change or shut down its interface. If a feature stops working because of this, we fix what can be fixed, but we are not responsible for the platform’s decision itself.

6. Your content

Everything you upload and create in the Service remains yours. We do not acquire any rights to it and do not use your material for our own purposes — neither to advertise the Service nor to train models.

So that the Service can work, you give us a limited permission to store and process your material strictly for the purpose of providing the service: processing a video, showing you a preview, passing a file to a platform at publication, giving the necessary fragment to an AI tool you have chosen. This permission lasts while the material is in the Service and ends with its deletion.

By uploading material, you confirm that you have the right to dispose of it: it is yours or you have the rights holder’s permission, and the use of third-party fragments is permitted under applicable law and the platform’s rules.

7. What you must not do

  • publish someone else’s work as your own, or infringe copyright and related rights, trademarks, and the right of publicity;
  • post unlawful content: calls to violence and hatred, harassment, sexual material involving minors, fraud;
  • use the Service for spam, mass mailings, artificial inflation of metrics, and circumventing platform restrictions;
  • connect other people’s accounts without the owner’s permission or impersonate another person or organization;
  • attempt to gain access to other people’s data in the Service or to its internal systems, interfere with its operation, remove protections, or create load beyond reasonable limits;
  • resell access to the Service or automate it in ways we have not expressly provided.

8. AI-based tools

Some features run on models from third-party providers. A model makes mistakes: a text may be inaccurate, a transcript wrong, an image unusable. The output of such work is a draft, not a finished post. It is always a human — you — who checks it and decides whether to release it to your account; responsibility for what is published remains with you.

What exactly is sent to a model provider and on what terms is described in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

9. Prices and payment

  • Basic features are free on the “Start” plan. Paid are plans with a larger volume of video processing, packs of additional hours, and operations paid for from the balance: AI generations, voiceover, and analyses of videos and channels.
  • Current prices and plan contents are published in the “Pricing” section and in the “Plan & balance” section inside the Service. How a price in a foreign currency (for example, in US dollars) is paid is described in “Paying in a foreign currency through PayPal” below. The price is fixed at the moment of payment — a change in the price list does not affect an already paid period.
  • A plan is purchased for a month or a year. There is no automatic renewal: the period ends on its own, and the next one is paid by you separately. There are no charges without your action.
  • Paid operations — AI generations, voiceover, and analyses of videos and channels — are paid for from the balance. The history of charges is available to you in the “Plan & balance” section.
  • The service is provided immediately after the payment is confirmed: the money is credited to the balance, and the purchased plan or hour pack takes effect the same minute. If it has not been credited within an hour, write to us with the date and amount of the payment.
  • When the balance or the plan period runs out, paid operations stop — what was previously published stays where it is, and your data remains accessible.

Paying in a foreign currency through PayPal

  • If the Service shows you a price in a foreign currency (for example, in US dollars), the plan is paid through PayPal. The seller for such an order is the service provider named in section 1: Individual Entrepreneur IVAN PIMANOV. PayPal is the payment service through which the payment is made; it is not the seller and not a party to the agreement for the Service.
  • PayPal accepts the payment on its own page: from your PayPal account, or by bank card without an account if PayPal offers that option. You enter your card and PayPal account details with PayPal; they do not reach us, and we do not store them.
  • You can pay in one of two ways, whichever you choose: with a PayPal order (on the PayPal page you sign in to your PayPal account, or pay by card if PayPal offers that option) or with a PayPal payment link and a code. In the second case, the Service gives you a one-time 16-character code tied to your account, the amount, and the currency. Paste the code into the “Invoice ID” field on the PayPal payment page. We use the code to find the payment and credit the balance top-up or activate the plan. Confirmation from PayPal usually arrives within a minute; until then, the payment status is “Awaiting confirmation”.
  • If the code is not entered, is entered incorrectly, has already been used, or the amount and currency of the payment do not match those set when the code was issued, the payment is not credited automatically. We review such a payment manually and either credit it or refund it through PayPal to the source of payment. The code does not change until a payment is received with it: you can save it and pay later. After payment, or if the price changes, the service will issue a new code. Do not share the code with other people: a payment made with it is credited to your account.
  • The price is the amount you see before paying. PayPal or your bank may charge their own fee or convert the payment into another currency at their own rate — this is governed by their terms.
  • The payment itself is subject to PayPal’s User Agreement — you can choose the version for your country on PayPal’s legal agreements page.
  • Refunds for such a payment follow section 10 and the Refund Policy: you send the request to us, and we send an approved refund through PayPal to the same source you paid from — your PayPal account or card.
  • You can also dispute the payment in PayPal (Resolution Center) or through your bank (chargeback). While a dispute is open, we may suspend the plan paid for with that payment; if the money is returned to you, the plan ends in the same way as after a refund.

10. Refunds

  • The unspent balance is refunded in full on your request — submit the request in the “Plan & balance” section or by email to support@kutto.app.
  • You can cancel a plan or hour pack at any time. We refund what you paid minus the cost of services already provided — processing hours used and operations performed. If you have not started using it, we refund the full amount.
  • Completed operations (processed video, generated text or image) are not refunded separately: the computation and calls to providers are paid for at the moment they are performed. The exception is a failure on our part: if an operation produced no result because of a Service error, its cost is returned to the balance automatically or on request.
  • We review a refund request within 10 business days. The money is returned by the same method used for the payment; the time it takes to reach a card depends on the bank and usually takes up to 30 days.
  • Payments in a foreign currency are accepted by PayPal (see “Paying in a foreign currency through PayPal”). You send the refund request to us in the same way as described above; we send an approved refund through PayPal, and the money goes back to the same source — the PayPal account or card you paid with.
  • A refund for a plan ends the plan: its paid features stop working, and the account moves to the free Start plan.
  • If something is wrong with a payment, write to us first — the matter is resolved faster than through disputing the payment with your bank.
  • The same procedure is summarized on the Refund Policy page.

11. Service availability

We try to keep the Service running continuously, but we do not promise it will never fail. There is scheduled maintenance, failures on our side, and failures at those we depend on: platforms, model providers, storage, connectivity. We report prolonged outages. We make backups, but we ask you not to treat the Service as the only place where your source files are stored.

12. Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for platforms’ decisions regarding your accounts and posts — reach limits, takedowns, blocks — nor for lost profit and missed views. We are not responsible for the content you publish or for the consequences of publishing it.

We are responsible for the operation of the Service itself and for handling your data under the rules described. If, because of our error, you lost something you paid for, we refund what you paid for that part. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service over the last three months.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time: disconnect your platform accounts and request deletion of your data (how to do it).

We may suspend access if section 7 or the requirements of the law are violated, or if actions from an account threaten the operation of the Service or other users. Except where delay is dangerous, we first warn you and give you a chance to correct the problem. In the case of suspension for a serious violation, the paid remainder is refunded minus what has already been provided.

14. Changes to the terms

The terms change together with the Service. The date of the last change is at the top of the page. We tell you in advance, in the Service or by email, about material changes — those that affect payment, the scope of rights, or liability. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the new version; if you do not agree, stop using it and take your data.

15. Disputes

We first try to resolve a dispute by correspondence: write to us, describe what happened, and give us a reasonable time to respond. This procedure is mandatory before going to court. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute is resolved under applicable law.
